I have helped hundreds and hundreds patients conceived in the past ten years. About half of them were getting natural pregnancy and the others with IUI,  IVF or medicine. Most of them are very challenge cases. I found out a lot of my patients don’t understand how to take care of their bodies at all. They don’t know when they ovulated. They don’t know what their normal periods look like. More important, they don’t know how to be healthy and prevent from infertility.

A lot of patient heard about Chinese medicine may help their issues. But they don’t understand how it work because the terms and words in Chinese medicine is very abstract and unusual. Westerners who do not have of background of Asian culture or philosophy is difficult to catch the meaning of Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine does still not reach it’s approach as it should be.

I have always tried to open a blog to help patients in the easy way to  understand what Chinese medicine is and share my work with the one who is interested in Chinese medicine. I am going to give out the fact that how Chinese medicine help different conditions of the patients. Specially I will give a hope to those who are rejected by western medicine but they still want their own baby. I am going to tell you my patients’ story to help you to understand Chinese medicine little by little.

But I should declare that I am not writing to the specialist. I have generally preferred to use simple terms that are well known in both west and east to understand.  Some of these terms and contents would be regarded as unsatisfactory by many professors or scientists. A lot of my thoughts are basic on my knowledge and repeatable experiences. They are not verified by science yet. But I hope it will be proved in the future.
